This Crownsville project was one job in two phases at the same home. Phase one was the groundwork and retaining walls, including a poured concrete hot tub pad. Phase two, when we came back to the property, was a large paver patio at the deck stairs.

Phase one: regrading, retaining walls and a poured concrete hot tub pad.

The first phase was the groundwork. We regraded the property, built multiple retaining walls, rerouted drainage, laid fresh sod and rebuilt the deck steps. Phase two: a large paver patio.

After the walls and steps were done, we returned to the same property to complete the outdoor space with a large paver patio. The dark pavers run from the lower-level door out past the deck stairs, with a strip of gray stone along the stairs and a capped block wall at the edge. Two phases, one finished outdoor space.
